There’s bad news and there’s good news about cumming. Let’s start with the bad ones and move on to the good.
Cumming is not good for you; neither for your physical nor for your psycho-emotional health. What to do about cumming?
What we are suggesting, however, is that, unless you intend to procreate, you avoid cuming. This does not imply giving up orgasms. We will come back to how to do that later and first talk a bit about what physiologically happens when you do it. Some believe that one needs to ejaculate at least from time to time, in order to keep his sperm “fresh” and healthy. And while it is true that sperm can get old and degenerate, one does not need to cum in order to avoid that. With practice, you can get to transmute your sperm. This is a natural physical process that sometimes happens without you even knowing. This is one of the reasons why you sometimes cum a smaller quantity than other times. An exercise you can do everyday, whenever you have a bit of time to kill, will help you focus better and train your body for transmutation. Get seated in a comfortable position or even lay down on your back, keeping your spine straight. You may close your eyes if that helps you focus. Relax. Clear your mind. Focus on your breath. When you inhale, contract your genital muscles and visualise how your sperm is transmuted. When you exhale, relax your genital muscles and spread the energy resulted from the transmutation upward, in your entire body, especially to your heart and brain. Don’t worry if you find it hard to focus at first, it is natural. You’ll see that with practice it will get easier and easier.
